3. Services and appointments
Amari Vitality provides aesthetic, wellness, and functional medicine services. All treatments, plans, and pricing are confirmed with you directly by our clinic team based on an individual assessment. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled in line with the policy communicated to you at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service where it is not clinically appropriate.
4. SMS and text messaging terms
Amari Vitality offers customers the option to receive text (SMS) messages so we can support appointments and respond to your questions. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following messaging terms.
Program description. When you opt in to the Amari Vitality messaging program, we send text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and confirmations, customer care, account or service updates, and, where you have consented, occasional promotional offers.
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number to us in person, by phone, on a form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Amari Vitality does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, you can opt in again at any time.

Carriers
